Puppies Reportedly Found in Ziploc Bags in Dumpster Deserve Justice

Target: State Attorney Andrew H. Warren, Hillsborough County, Florida

Goal: Ensure strict legal action against the individual allegedly responsible for the cruel treatment of puppies found in a Tampa dumpster.

On November 24, a deeply disturbing incident allegedly occurred in Tampa, involving three puppies and a dumpster on North Clark Street. A witness reportedly discovered these puppies, barely clinging to life, with at least two sealed inside Ziploc bags. This horrific discovery paints a bleak picture of animal cruelty and disregard for life.

Further investigation led to the arrest of Angela Giudice-Burris, age 44, based on surveillance footage. Tampa Police reportedly linked her vehicle to the scene. Charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, Giudice-Burris’s alleged actions have sparked outrage and sorrow. The puppies, taken to the local Humane Society, tragically did not survive. This incident, highlighted by the Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw as intolerable, underscores the urgent need for justice and accountability.

The alleged cruelty in this case is not just an act against animals but a violation of societal values. Animals, defenseless and innocent, rely on human kindness and protection. The law must firmly respond to such alleged atrocities. Demand that State Attorney Andrew H. Warren take decisive, stringent legal action against the individual accused of this act of cruelty, ensuring that such acts are met with the full force of justice.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State Attorney Andrew H. Warren,

We write to you deeply troubled by the alleged incident in Tampa, where three puppies were reportedly found in a state of near death inside a dumpster. This case, involving the alleged cruel treatment of defenseless animals, demands your immediate and unwavering attention. The details, particularly of puppies allegedly found in Ziploc bags, are not only shocking but also represent a heinous disregard for life and welfare.

This case, overseen by the Tampa Police and leading to the arrest of Angela Giudice-Burris, requires a stern legal response. Such alleged acts of cruelty betray basic human decency and should be met with the strictest legal repercussions. The judicial system must serve as a deterrent to such alleged acts of brutality against animals.

We, therefore, urge you to pursue this case with the utmost seriousness. Ensure that if these allegations are proven, the individual responsible faces appropriate legal consequences. This action will serve as a testament to our society’s commitment to justice and compassion for all living beings.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

  1. This isn’t going to change unless you hit these sick people, HARD, in their wallets or toss them in jail AND get an animal abuser registry going.

    • Yes, all of this. We are the animals’ only voices and it’s up to us to protect and care for them. Innocent creatures suffer and die from the cruelty and abuse from humans. It is all of our responsibility to prevent this abuse.

    • It can begin to change when these animal torturing and murdering bastards are erased from the planet.
Give me ten minutes or so with this nasty cunt and I absolutely guarantee that she would NEVER EVER do anything like this again.
I am very sure that most normal people feel the same!
There must be something seriously WRONG with America as these heinous acts are happening every day. WHY is the justice system not doing anything about this?
Because they are totally useless and really could not give a toss! These are the buggers who need seriously shaking up and if the fools will not confirm then must be voted out of office.
These animals live and breath the same as us and feel pain the same as us!
These bastard animal murderers have GOT to be dealt with one way or the other!
A bounty on their heads to start off would be good and I have said before, I’m sure there are many who would take up this offer.
As in the ‘westerns’, it would definitely be a good start to getting rid of these surplus to requirements bastards.

  2. Patricia Lamonica says:

EXACUTE THIS LESS THAN HUMAN BEING SICK PHYCOPATH BETTER YET ZIP LOCK HER IN A PLASTIC BAG AND LEAVE HER TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Please prosecute this monster to the furthest extent of the law. While most states need more stringent penalties for animal abuse, the least that can be done for these innocents is to put this creature in prison for the maximum sentence. Perhaps having a plastic bag placed and tied over this monster’s head might help. There may be some mental illness in this case, but the punishment needs to be harsh, regardless.

    • Mental illness my arse—— this piece of crap knew exactly what she was doing.
I expect her ‘legal advisor’ will go down this road anyway assuming the twat is prosecuted!
This is how they get off with just a slapped wrist!
But better with a nice wooden hammer to the back of this buggers head, which would sure cure any mental illness that the bastard had!!!

  4. So Florida again, boy they generate some real winners in that state. So 3 innocent lives lost that could have easily been given to a rescue and found homes. these people really need some serious jail time. If anyone especially a woman who you think would be more compassionate could do this we are done as a society. It seems like women are working hard in this area to surpass men in depraved acts of cruelty. I hope those pups get justice but in Florida I doubt it.

    • I’m from FL and your post is spot on. There are some really sick, disturbed people in this state sorry to say but true. The governmentment is shit in handling such cases. Sure wish they would throw these fucked up pepole in jail, and fortify the laws protecting people and our defenseless animals!!

  5. Lately I am seeing a lot of animal cruelty acts in Florida. What’s up with that?

  6. This shit has to stop put these sickos away

  7. Cyndi Faulkner says:

This woman is a menace to society. Lock her up before she decides to torture an innocent baby or her aging parent. As a society, we can no longer sit back and allow this type of abuse to occur. Animals are part of our families and abusers need to be held accountable. No more “slaps on the wrist”. And we need to vote out any judge that doesn’t take animal cruelty seriously!

  8. Angela Giudice-Burris Is a monster and needs to be treated as such. Frankly I don’t care if there are mental health issues involved. This bitch needs to spend some time in prison (hopefully her fellow inmates are animal lovers-then she might get what she deserves). And most importantly, ban for life on ownership or having any animal in her care.

  9. Garlina Norris says:

This filthy piece of useless human life needs Hamas to take care of her. Dump her in Gaza. Good riddance

  10. Uncommon Sensesc says:

Oh, Angela – how I would love to meet you. I really, really need a deserving target for the rage I have against animal abusers and killers. I think you’d be perfect; it would just be me, you, a taser, some rope, a tree, a Karma bat; off by ourselves in a secluded area and you would cease to be. You’d never hurt another innocent, living being again and the world would be a much better place without you in it!

  11. Florida again…. With video to prove who did it…I have no hope that the puppies or any other animal will get justice in this state. It disgusts me.

  12. Bernhard Yolanda says:

    FUCKING BAD SCUM.
the animal torturers and animal killers are the epitome of EVIL.
WORSE THAN VILE OF THE EARTH BASTARDS!!
    my heart is bleeding
how many of these poor angels still have to suffer and die because of piles of rubbish like these “people”.
i hope that the karma will do a good job with this scumbag.

  13. Once Again , we await a strict penalty for this Monster , Angela the despot. Andrew Warren is no
Longer the State Prosecutor, I believe RONNIE D. The Governor fired him for political reasons , unfortunately.

  14. Need to stick this C–T in a coffin and nail it shut

  15. Maria Lavorato says:

Angela Giudice-Burris A SAVAGE DISPICALBE HUMAN!

These bastards that breed little sweet puppies to just toss them in the garbage for no good reason, on this earth, should they themselves have their mouths zipped up and locked up somewhere until they take their last breath! VILE!!!!!!

    A. Warren, State attorney…..FLORIDA judicial system ….PLEASE DO SOMETHING THAT SENDS A MESSAGE THAT ANIMAL CRUELTY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED EVER!!!!

  16. Lori Stearns says:

This bitch needs to be burned at the stake 🔥

    • They did it years ago with no compassion so it could I suppose be done now although would no doubt be a little difficult.
But it would be good to hear these bastards screaming in agony as the flames licked up their bodies!
These tossers deserve nothing less and to terminate them with a severe crack to the back of the head would really be too kind.
The pieces of crap need to know what it feels like to be torturously murdered.
These are not humans, they are just ‘flotsam’ and are of no use to society whatsoever.
These turds have to be taken out for the good of animals all over the world.
The governments HAVE to be continuously petitioned to take animal abuse and torture very seriously as right now they could not give a toss!
Animals live and breath and have rights the same as us except they unfortunately cannot voice their opinions so are treated with contempt by ‘sick- minded’ bastards who really must be dealt with accordingly.
And ‘yes’ with planning and patience it ‘can’ be achieved!
      J,W.

  17. Florida needs to clean up its act! Florida has so many animal injuries and deaths due to mentally challenged people. And these are the same people buying guns and don’t need a permit to carry. Brilliant!

The laws in Florida need a major overhaul! Florida needs a registry, to follow these horrible souls into their lives. They won’t be able to hide nor have or be near animals for the rest of their lives. These people should be tried in a court and sent to prison. What a miserable way to end the life of those who have just been born!

  18. PROSECUTE THAT SCUMBAG BITCH TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL PUT HER IN A ZIP LOCK BODY BAG AND LET HER SUFFER THE SAME CONSEQUENCES THOSE POOR INNOCENT PUPPIES HAD TO ENDURE. THE GOVT MUST STEP IN AND REALLY START HOLDING THESE DERANGED MONSTERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THESE HEINOUS ACTS OF ANIMAL ABUSE AND CRUELTY.

  19. Perpetrator needs to tied up in a bag and tossed into the ocean to die as painfully as these puppies did

  20. Why are people still getting away with animal abuse??? The judges that let them off are no better than the animals abusers, because apparently you don’t care !!! It’s sickening!!
