Please prosecute this monster to the furthest extent of the law. While most states need more stringent penalties for animal abuse, the least that can be done for these innocents is to put this creature in prison for the maximum sentence. Perhaps having a plastic bag placed and tied over this monster’s head might help. There may be some mental illness in this case, but the punishment needs to be harsh, regardless.

So Florida again, boy they generate some real winners in that state. So 3 innocent lives lost that could have easily been given to a rescue and found homes. these people really need some serious jail time. If anyone especially a woman who you think would be more compassionate could do this we are done as a society.
