The dog was found with a belt around its neck and he said he tried to either snap her neck or strangle her because the last time he had an animal euthanized “it was too sad.” Her owners had died and his wife was related to them. I have a Shihtzu and he is my world- I’m very angry at the owner doing this to a innocent and blind dog, not to mention this breed is vulnerable and sensitive- he shouldn’t be allowed to own any animal, he is dangerous. This needs to stop and all animal abusers need to be punished.

The majority of prosecutors and Judges are ‘scared’ of these bastards and are worried about any repercussions later! That’s why they dish out mediocre sentences if you can call them that!
