India again!! We all know that absolutely nothing will be done …you only have to look at what happens to “sacred” cows, horses used at weddings and so on. I despair. Can only hope someone can find whoever did this and spray them with acid.
Once these monsters are found and convicted, their sentences should be an acid attack identical to what they did to the dogs. Give them first hand understanding and experience of what they did to their victims. JUSTICE!
