I believe that animals should be treated as one would treat a human in cases like this. If a human does this to human, it’s murder and they get extremely high number of years behind bars. An animal should have the same treatment, it’s murder no matter how you look at it. To many a animal is more like a child then just a pet. So, this evil sorry ass excuse of a human murdered someone’s child. And I also think that by pitting this type of human behind bars is still to good. He still gets to eat, breathe, bathe, read, etc while the poor defenseless pup gets nothing because it was stripped away. I think if it’s murder, then same be done to the one that did the crime.
