It would be hard to imagine the suffering this innocent dog endured and those who knowingly inflicted this on the dog (and the dog who survived, who was hopefully removed from their “care”) should suffer exactly the same death. One can only hope but many puppies come off worse as silly parents never realise how much attention one little puppy needs.

People should not get pets unless they are going to love and care for them. I absolutely agree that the State of Virginia needs good Samaritan protection for animals. This could be the difference between life and death for animals trapped in vehicles.
First of all, it’s not “allegedly” – it’s a freaking fact! The 2 worthless pieces of crap did this and killed an innocent dog! Second of all, I don’t need some law in some backwater state (all states that don’t protect animals are backwater to me) telling me it’s okay to break a window to rescue a dog – I’ll do it regardless and let them just try to get me to pay for the broken window!
