Target: PetSmart Grooming Services,
PetSmart needs to have a class action lawsuit brought against them for injuring and lying about the lack of their “trained” groomers. The PetSmart in my town of Macon, Georgia cut the tip of my service dog’s ear off and told me it was just a scratch. They transferred my dog to a vet and medicated him before calling me. They said I would have some ointment I would need to put on his scratch. The vet sent them away with 2 bottles of medication. I was not given information about the services the vet or paperwork, just the bottles of medication which I did find the vets information and contacted them.
I have before and after photos but I do not see a place for me to add them. I want justice for my dog. PetSmart should not be in the service of grooming dogs.
