I’m sorry to hear that this innocent animal lost his life due to his idiotic owner. Shawn Taulbee is a monster for drowning his dog under the guise of getting rid of fleas. How ridiculous. What he did to this dog is appalling and unacceptable. He needs to be severely punished and banned from being around animals. RIP fur baby and I hope you get justice.
