A supposed pillar of a North Carolina community has been charged with heinous acts. Jim Goldston had served on the board of a faith-based children’s home and also on the board of an animal rescue organization. The latter duty makes the charges against Goldston and his wife, Agnes, all the more horrific.
Investigators allege that the couple poisoned three of their neighbor’s pet dogs. Two dogs, both Labrador Retrievers, died as an apparent result. The causes of death were reportedly confirmed by a veterinary examination. Letters were uncovered seemingly threatening the dogs and specifically to “blow their brains out.” An additional charge has been filed alleging the Goldstons also threatened harm to the same neighbor’s daughter.
Jim Goldston has resigned from his positions, but now both he and his wife need to face full legal repercussions if they are found guilty. Sign the petition below to demand prosecutors seek the maximum punishment in this disturbing case.

A dispute between neighbors should never result in physical harm, but if allegations prove true, Agnes and Jim Goldston committed a vicious act of vengeance that resulted in the deaths of innocent living beings. The Goldstons are accused of not only threatening their neighbor’s daughter, but of poisoning this neighbor’s three pet dogs. A veterinarian has reportedly confirmed that the two deceased dogs succumbed to poisoning.
These allegations are made even more egregious, if possible, by Jim Goldston’s community involvement in both children’s charity and—in a twisted bit of irony—animal welfare. This couple had full awareness of the damage and the ramifications of their alleged actions. Please ensure they face the full weight of the felony charges against them by seeking a penalty that reflects the heinous, serious nature of these reported crimes.

If the prosecutor, the city of Raleigh, the county of Wake or the state of North Carolina are too sissified to mete out true justice for innocent dogs against evil bags of sh*t like these 2, I’ll volunteer my time to ensure that justice is done! These 2 should not be allowed to live and, may I suggest, they should be poisoned so they’ll die the same way those innocent dogs died. They’ve gotten by with doing whatever they want for a long time apparently or this wouldn’t have even crossed their evil minds. They even threatened the daughter! Why are they still breathing?

An act of animal cruelty resulting in extreme pain or death is a FELONY CRIME. PLEASE IMPART PENALTIES FOR THIS ACT THAT REFLECT THAT REALITY.

And threatening the neighbor’s daughter? The reason people continue to do this type of crap is because there is usually little to no consequences. Make the fines steeper and add more jail time. Those innocent animals died a horrific death at the hands of evil, heartless subhuman scum. If proven guilty I just hope justice will be served and this case should not be dealt with lightly . These two should be facing jail time for this sick killing of their neighbors dogs.

This problem between neighbors should have been handled Before it escalated. Any person that threatens to kill a child needs psychological evaluation. IF they own any guns, confiscate them. To kill innocent animals for spite or revenge again points to psychologic problems. They should be heavily fined, paying medical bills for the 3rd dog and the mental anguish to the family that lost their members. Because of the ‘hate’ crime, killing animals causing pain and other crimes, they Need prison time. Prosecute Prosecute Prosecute, and the owners should sue. Part of the settlement would be for them to sell and Move.

Ridiculous and uncalled for! Here is a perfect example of what I call “fake” church people. There are real church people out there who are genuine and do want to help others. Then there are the fakes who are really horrible, evil people who hide behind the church. Evil people like these two who go to church for God and God’s people to protect them. So while innocent people were praying for and beside these vile fakes, they were being helped and protected. Now they showed many who they truly are. You threatened an innocent child and killed two animals. How do you think God would react to that? Do you think that you would be forgiven? I am positive the answer is no.
