Save Majestic Gray Whales From Extinction

Target: Richard W. Spinrad, Administrator, U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

Goal: Advocate for the protection of the gray whale and its habitat to prevent further decline of this endangered species.

The gray whale is an iconic species that inhabits the coastal waters of the Pacific Ocean. However, habitat loss caused by human activities has led to a significant decline in the population of this species. The gray whale’s breeding and feeding grounds are threatened by oil and gas drilling, shipping, pollution, and climate change. These activities have led to a loss of critical habitat and food sources, resulting in a decline in the population of this magnificent creature.

To ameliorate the predicament at hand, it is of paramount importance to take prompt measures to safeguard the gray whale and its habitat. The gray whale is an emblematic species and serves as a pivotal cornerstone in maintaining the equilibrium of the marine ecosystem. Through the protection of its habitat, we can substantially contribute to the conservation of the entire ecosystem and sustain its vitality.

Through the protection of the gray whale’s habitat, we can help to prevent the further decline of this endangered species. This will help to ensure the survival of the gray whale and the many other species that depend on it for their survival. Take action to protect this magnificent creature and preserve it for future generations.

I live in the US and I absolutely agree with you. Just look at those windmills our government is pushing so hard to put up in our East Coast oceans killing all the whales and other sea life. Not to mention what it’s doing to the people that make a living by working in the sea trades. I’m wondering where is the Sierra Club? Where’s Greenpeace? What happened to the huge animal right’s groups the United States once had that would fight for Justice for Whales and Animals. One could only think they too are being influenced by big dollars and politics.
