Goal: Find and arrest person responsible for terrible abuse of four abandoned dogs.
Four dogs found wandering the streets were so malnourished and dehydrated that their spine and ribs were showing. Their snouts had wounds from being bound shut, they had head wounds, and appeared to have recently given birth.
All four dogs were pit bulls and authorities suspect that they were a part of a puppy mill operation.
“They’re all friendly. They have an odor of maybe being in a dirt cellar or in a barn,” said Salem Animal Control Officer Don Famico.
When asked why these four dogs might have been abandoned, Officer Famico explained, “They keep the pups, sell off the pups, then get rid of the older dogs that are not longer of use to them.”
All four of the dogs are now receiving veterinary care, including regular intravenous fluids. While they are expected to recover, their abuser is currently walking the streets.

It is all too often that law enforcement doesn’t devote the resources necessary to find and capture animal abusers. We are asking that you don’t let that happen in this case. These four innocent creatures deserve justice. Please devote all resources necessary to find and arrest the person, or persons, responsible for this abuse.

I’m right with you. This sick abuse has to stop I get the law enforcers are busy with all the other crap humans are responsible for doing but get an abuse team together and do only abuse.
The country has no problem taking the freedom and rights of the average tax payers so being diligently to find these back yard breeds should be the next crap they focus on. Doesn’t our wonderful government know how much money is being made without collecting sales tax on.
It’s bad enough they were turned loose but obviously they were also being denied the right to find food on their own by tying their snouts shut. I could easily do the same to them if I were asked to.

I absolutely agree. If the judges won’t do anything, then it’s about time we, as animal lovers, step up to the plate and give the animal abusers their just dues. Enough is enough with our weak government system. They are more interested in going to elaborate parties and such.

It is good that Law enforcement atleast recognizes that people who breed for profit will dump the adults that are of no longer any use to them. There are ways to track down owners of pets if proper Laws and enforcement were in place but it does require some common sense and some intelligence. Something society seems to be lacking. So far we can assume that street thugs are behind this crime. Maybe even Government dependents who use people and animals in order to get money. They have no respect for life and will not think twice about killing and or torturing innocent animals. Crimes like this against animals should be pursued.
This will only end if the law and justice system steps up and fully prosecutes these worthless scumbags. No more animal Abusers getting off easy. They deserve to not live in society. Lock their sorry asses away permanently.

Here we go again with some worthless mother-fuckers that need to be turned into worm food. When are people going to understand that the law is not going to do shit to these sorry bastards. This shit goes on day after day and animals suffer and the fuckin’ perps walk with no accountability. A friend of mine told me the other day that, quote, “ain’t nothing going to change until the killin’ starts”. Two or three of these animal abusers need to be made an example of. Step 1: Kill them. Step 2: Tie a rope around their necks and run them up a tall flag pole with a sign around their necks that says, “This is what is going to happen to any mother-fucker that hurts, abuses or kills an innocent animal”. Just do that to 2 or 3 animal abusers and see how fast the abuse stops. And if any sonofabitch challenges this “law”, then do the same to them. He or she won’t challenge the “law” any more after that.

Animal abuse and cruelty WILL continue until LEOs, DAs, and judges take this seriously! Animal abusers need to be prosecuted, without exception, and held accountable for the heinous crimes they commit against animals. In this case, law enforcement MUST pursue the criminal(s) so justice can be done! NO animal deserves to be treated like they are disposable! What kind of society are we that tolerates this type of behavior! If law enforcement drops the ball, they are just as guilty of animal abuse as the perpetrator(s)! Please don’t let these poor starving, neglected, and abused dogs down!! Catch the criminals and charge them with aggravated cruelty to animals and give them the MAX monetary fines and MAX prison sentences WITHOUT exception!!!
Breeders are so useless . They need to get out and get a real job like real people . The laws need changed to help these innocent dogs . This is a life of misery for them .
