Goal: Seek maximum penalty for man accused of sexually abusing, torturing, and killing his pet cat.
A cat was reportedly restrained, sexually assaulted, and then tortured to death by her owner.
Evidence of this reported sexual assault came to light when a third party brought the deceased cat to the Asbury Park Police Department headquarters. While it was clear that severe abuse appeared to have occurred, it was the Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Humane Law Enforcement Division that identified the cat’s owner, who was later arrested.

There had to have been preplanning of this atrocity, it wasn’t done spontaniously. The age is irrelevant; if someone is capable of this they should be put away. How was this discovered? Who is the person who brought the cat to the police?
Unfortunately this 18 year old will get off with nothing on his record. His attorney will say it’s a first time offense. But the manner of the offense and the other torture can not be overlooked. Animals feel both love and pain. This is uncalled for and this young man needs to answer for his crime, a horrible crime!

Authorities, you must protect the defenceless and innocent. Prosecute this scum to the maximum, life time national ban from being in the presence of any animal, maximum jail sentence, mandatory mental evaluation.
