Goal: Seek maximum penalty for man accused of sexually abusing, torturing, and killing his pet cat.
A cat was reportedly restrained, sexually assaulted, and then tortured to death by her owner.
Evidence of this reported sexual assault came to light when a third party brought the deceased cat to the Asbury Park Police Department headquarters. While it was clear that severe abuse appeared to have occurred, it was the Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Humane Law Enforcement Division that identified the cat’s owner, who was later arrested.
The owner, who is only 18-years-old, has been charged with animal cruelty by tormenting, torturing or unnecessarily or cruelly abusing a living animal resulting in its death and animal cruelty by using or causing or procuring the use of an animal or creature in any kind of sexual manner.

Dear Prosecutor Santiago,

my insides are torn with pain and disbelief thinking about what this poor innocent cat went through. This barbaric inhuman must pay for his crime; hope he gets the same treatment in jail. He probably has tortured and killed other innocents animals. His name and crimes must be published so all his friends, relatives, neighbors know what he is doing. The police must keep his fingerprints because he will probably escalate to hurting humans.

i don’t understand how these people are allowed to breathe air. this scumbag is doing this at 18. what will he be doing at 25 and 30 yrs old. hopefully he will be worm food by then. the depravity of these people gets worse and worse. yet the laws remain the same. something drastic needs to happen to change this bullshit starting with social media platforms that allow these assholes to flourish so they can get a thumbs up. start penalizing the sites that allow this and when they finally have enough of spending tons of cash in fines it will then stop. all they care about is viewership and the money it draws in. take that away and watch it stop.
