40 Dead Dogs Left in a Pile Deserve Justice

Target: Pike County, Ohio Prosecuting Attorney Mike Davis
Goal: Prosecute person responsible for 40 dead dogs, 80 malnourished dogs, and several dead chickens.

Large dogs and puppies were laying dead in a pile 10 feet off the road. A lot of them were chained just to trees, didn’t have any kind of protection from the weather and weren’t fed or watered. It was a very bad situation.

This was the devastating scene that authorities discovered on the property of a man accused of this horrific abuse, according to Pike County, Ohio, Commissioner, and animal welfare volunteer, Jeff Chattin.

The owner of the property, Wyndan Skye, 62, was arrested on animal cruelty charges. Skye’s bail was set at $70,000 which is higher than most animal abuse cases, but still gives him the opportunity to walk free while awaiting trial.

During the search of Skye’s property, deputies reportedly found 40 dead dogs in a pile, one dead dog tied to a tractor, as well as 80 other dogs in various states of being malnourished and emaciated. One pig was found alive.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Prosecuting Attorney Davis,

A single case of animal abuse is a serious crime but in this case, there appears to be a mind-boggling amount of abuse. Please seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]

  1. Please don’t let this evil monster walk free, he deserves more than just a fine. He must be locked up for a long time for murdering so many innocent living beings! Ban him permanently from getting near or owning another animal again!

  2. Life no parole or execute him. simple

  3. Why even bother to prosecute people like Skye??? Just chain him securely to a tree and let him die slowly of hypothermia/starvation/heatstroke or whatever. Job done.

  4. Lawrence Holtzman says:

What kind of sick shit is this? Throw him on the pile of dead animals and let him rot until dead!!!

  5. tie him to a tree in direct sunlight on a 100 degree day. give him no food or water and just wait for his sorry ass to croak.

  6. Ohio reaching for new heights in the contest for “worst state to be an animal in” race. This person is evil, sociopathic likely, and will just do this again. Lock him up, fine him into the ground and ban him from any and all animal contact for whatever is left of his sorry life. He does not deserve to be free.

  7. Sherry Abela says:

    MAXIMUM PENALTY!

  8. Get real world, our laws ARE SHIT to protect the EVIL human garbage, get rid of this horrific person and let him rot in a cell, like he did to those poor defenseless animals, that was horrific suffering for them, I am sick and HATE PPL because our ppl that are suppose to enforce ALLIW THIS SHIT TO KEEP HAPPENING

  9. How this man ever got hold of so many animals is beyond belief. What he then did to them is beyond reasoning. This continues to happen over and over again. Animal abuse is a felony and needs to be the same felony in EVERY state! Laws must be consistent in all states. Judges need to be consistent as well. Courts are made to speak for the victims not the killers or abusers. This man has no riiight to live free. He’s a killer. He needs to serve a long time in prison, have his house taken away, his land taken, and anything else which he owes. This was deliberate on his part and such action led to murder. Humans are the worst animal in the animal kingdom. Just look around to see corrupt governments. death by chemicals to all living things, pollution, poisoning of water, industrial fishing, corporations who run this country and the world. We have much to do if we want to live in a peaceful world. This man is not representative of the way people need to act towards each other and to any other living thing. This man does not understand his actions killed and made for supreme suffering. Yet, he did the crime and must do the time. And the courts must ensure this is a legal action probably without parole. He will then suffer immensely. Hurt others, you hurt yourself.
