Goal: Seek justice for dogs apparently abandoned at dump and poisoned with anti-freeze.
A dog was recently found abandoned at a dump. The animal had been left there to die, apparently by his owner, Apolonio Aniceto of Pahrump, Nevada, aged 85. Concerned citizens found and rescued the suffering animal. When authorities were notified, they reportedly identified the dog’s owner as being Aniceto, after receiving an anonymous tip from another citizen.
When authorities arrived at Aniceto’s house, they reportedly discovered another suffering dog on the premises. Unfortunately, this second dog was apparently “in bad shape and suffering some sort of unknown medical issue.”
Authorities transported the second dog to the veterinarian, where it was discovered that the animal was apparently suffering from anti-freeze poisoning. At this point, it was decided that euthanization of the animal would be the most humane action.
Aniceto has been arrested and is facing felony animal abuse charges.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested Apolonio Aniceto of Pahrump, Nevada, aged 85, after they discovered another abused dog on his property. That animal reportedly was suffering from anti-freeze poisoning.
Animal abuse is always a serious crime, but in this case, it is particularly heinous. This man is accused of abandoning one dog to die, and possibly poisoning another dog with anti-freeze. We ask that you pursue this case with great vigor and seek a punishment that fits the crime.

This man should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and never allowed near an animal ever again. He also should be monitored on a regular basis to ensure that he never takes in another animal ever again.

As a resident of Pahrump you can trust and believe we are pissed. Pahrump is filled with many animal lovers and we are not taking this lightly. Thankfully I can say I personally do not know this POS and I don’t care if he is old, he needs to spend the rest of his miserable life in prison and I will be following this case closely and I will do all that I can do to make sure justice is served.
He needs to spend the rest of his fucking life with ‘ smashed bollocks’ to teach the bastard what pain is all about.

So far nothing more has been said other than more charges have been filed. All FELONIES. When he goes to trial and if it is open court I will be there as I’m sure the courtroom will be packed. If not open court I will be waiting outside the courthouse

Apolonio Aniceto Is a monster and should be treated as such. Please insure the maximum penalty and most importantly, BAN HIM FOR LIFE FEOM OWNING OR HAVING ANY ANIMAL IN HIS CARE!
Please find out where his income comes from and cut it off if he most probably is a welfare recipient.
A sadistic individual deserves to be in jail for at least 5 years, in hopes that he won’t live that long and won’t ever have the ‘pleasure’ of torturing animals to death, but if he is ‘mentally disturbed’ his place logically is a nut house.
At 85 years old one would think this man would value his companions. Obviously not.
Unless he is deemed insane or totally demented he does need to face charges for this horrible action. The law applies to all of us. We need tougher laws but also judges who will look at both sides of the issue as they most always avoid looking to the abused in favor of the abuser. If a judge can not handle this part of his job, he needs to recuse himself. If a person harms another their freedom should never be allowed. Evil abuse will continue until it is met with force of conviction from judge and jury.
This infuriates me. What type of human being does this to a defenseless animal? Anybody with common sense knows that antifreeze cripples pets with pain & agony.
