Sounds like New York is a corrupt and unjust City and State. The owners who has almost killed this poor dog, and may well yet have killed him if he does not survive the injuries, is evil. He should be properly prosecuted and, as there is no defence to what he did, put in prison. Personally I would do the same to him as he did to that innocent little dog. What a cruel, evil monster that man is.
One small dog had rot suffer such extreme pain. The person doing this should never again see the light of day. Our legal system doesn’t help these victims. It’s all just BS. What could this dog have done to have had to suffer this in such a cruel way. It seems as if so many just delight in hurting animals and there are those of us who resent that they seemingly get away with these extreme cases of harm done deliberately and on purpose.
