Authorities further allege that animals suffered starvation, dehydration, untreated injuries, and painful urine and fecal burns. De Anda has been charged with 35 felony and misdemeanor counts, including 12 felony animal-cruelty charges. She has not been convicted, and every allegation must be proven in court.
