Dog Allegedly Ordered to Attack Defenseless Cat: Demand Felony Prosecution

Target: Christian Menefee, County Attorney, Harris County, Texas

Goal: Pursue maximum felony animal cruelty penalties against individual believed to have directed a dog to attack and kill a defenseless cat.

A horrifying animal cruelty investigation intensified after surveillance footage reportedly captured a man directing his dog to attack a gray tabby cat in a residential neighborhood. Authorities stated that the video showed the suspect encouraging the dog to pursue the cornered feline while preventing the cat’s escape.

Investigators further alleged that the suspect threw heavy footwear toward the trapped cat while the dog inflicted catastrophic bite injuries. The tabby reportedly died shortly afterward because of severe trauma sustained during the encounter. Authorities later identified and arrested one suspect following a joint investigation involving animal cruelty investigators and local deputies.

Prosecutors are preparing surveillance footage as primary evidence for the criminal proceedings. If substantiated, these allegations would represent shocking and intentional violence allegedly inflicted upon a defenseless animal incapable of escape or protection. Strong prosecution is necessary to discourage deliberate acts of orchestrated animal violence.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear County Attorney Menefee,

Authorities have made allegations involving a man directing his dog to attack and kill a defenseless tabby cat while surveillance footage recorded the incident.

Investigators identified and arrested one suspect after reviewing video evidence connected to the alleged attack. If proven, the alleged conduct would represent deliberate cruelty and fatal violence inflicted upon a vulnerable animal.

We urge your office to pursue maximum felony penalties against any individuals found responsible for this alleged torture and killing case.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
