Dogs Reportedly Suffered and Died in Own Feces and Urine: Demand Justice

Target: Sarah George, State Attorney of Vermont

Goal: Seek full prosecution and maximum penalties for individuals who reportedly caged dozens of dogs in squalor.

Over 20 dogs were reportedly discovered living in appalling conditions, crammed into small crates stacked atop each other. Investigators apparently found the animals suffering among their own feces and urine, with the stench so overwhelming that even children connected to the household appeared at school in clothing tainted by the odor. Even more horrifying, two dogs and a reptile were reportedly found dead in a freezer on the same property.

According to local authorities, the living dogs had almost no human interaction and faced potential long-term health issues resulting from their confinement. The disturbing allegations also extend to possible child abuse, underscoring a deeper crisis of neglect within the household. Advocates fear that if these alleged acts go unpunished, other innocent animals—and possibly children—could face similar or worse forms of mistreatment in the future.

Decisive legal action is essential to demonstrate that such apparent cruelty and neglect will not be tolerated. By pushing for strong consequences in this case, officials can help safeguard not only these animals but also any future pets from likewise suffering. Sign below and demand justice be served to deter future acts of extreme neglect and cruelty.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Sarah George,

We are deeply troubled by reports of more than 20 dogs allegedly trapped in unsanitary cages, some stacked in close quarters, and at least two deceased animals found in a freezer. These accounts also reference potential child neglect at the same residence, suggesting a severe breakdown in the responsibilities owed to vulnerable living beings.

According to these allegations, the dogs had little to no human contact, were reportedly coated in feces and urine, and seemed to have endured ongoing conditions that endangered their overall health and well-being. If left unaddressed, such circumstances may encourage a culture in which both pets and children suffer from neglect and mistreatment.

We respectfully urge your office to rigorously investigate these charges and, if the evidence confirms wrongdoing, to pursue the harshest legal penalties allowed. Taking a strong stand in this case will reinforce the vital principle that cruelty toward defenseless beings must never be permitted.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
