Justice for Cats Stabbed and Nearly Beheaded at University Campus

Target: Dato’ Dr. Norlizan bin Mohd Noor, Director General, Department of Veterinary Services, Malaysia

Goal: Secure full investigation and appropriate criminal charges against those responsible for stabbing and killing cats.

In an appalling incident, three cats were gruesomely killed at a university campus. These defenseless animals had stab wounds to their heads, and someone attempted to behead them. This shocking and vicious act of cruelty has sparked outrage and despair among those who care about animal welfare.

What is most disturbing is that no suspect has yet been identified. Such extreme violence toward innocent animals calls for swift and decisive action. Without accountability, those responsible for this horrific crime may continue to inflict suffering on other vulnerable beings. Innocent animals deserve protection, and it is essential that this monstrous act not be allowed to fade into obscurity.

By taking strong legal action against anyone suspected of this vile wrongdoing, authorities can send a powerful message that cruelty toward animals will not be tolerated. Ensuring these individuals face the full weight of the law is the first step toward preventing future acts of brutality. Demand that officials thoroughly investigate this case, identify those reportedly behind it, and ensure they face the strictest penalties possible.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Director General Dr. Noor,

Three cats were recently subjected to extreme cruelty at a university campus. Stabbed in the head and nearly beheaded, these animals endured unimaginable pain and horror. The sheer brutality of this act cannot and should not be allowed to go unpunished.

The individuals responsible for such cruelty must be found and held fully accountable. Allowing them to escape consequences would not only send a dangerous signal that harming animals is acceptable, but also enable further acts of violence.

We respectfully urge you to oversee a thorough, urgent investigation into this matter. Please ensure that anyone suspected of these terrible crimes is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By doing so, you will affirm that cruelty to animals has no place in society and help prevent other innocent lives from being subjected to such suffering.

Sincerely,
