Her life would be easier for everyone else if she was locked up for a very long time. She is obviously totally deranged, utterly depraved and mentally psychotic so make sure she CANNOT abuse or kill any animals or even humans. Lets have justice for the poor, innocent dog that she so horrifically inured and left to die.
Her agression is gona make her kill another innocent living again. Please lock her up for good and rescue the surviving pet immediately! This twisted individual must not be allowed to keep a pet at all!
