Cat Allegedly Starved to Near Death Under Animal Rescuer’s Care Deserves Justice

Target: John Moore, Gregg County District Attorney, Texas

Goal: Prosecute animal rescuer accused of starving a cat to near death and allegedly neglecting other animals.

An animal rescuer in East Texas allegedly starved a cat to near death under her care, raising serious concerns about apparent animal neglect and abuse within her rescue organization. The cat, named Nero, was entrusted to the rescuer for post-surgery care but was allegedly found emaciated, anemic, and unable to stand after weeks in her possession.

Despite receiving donations to care for animals, the rescuer allegedly failed to provide proper care, resulting in severe health deterioration of animals like Nero. Other animal advocates have come forward, claiming they are now caring for animals previously under her care, who are allegedly in much better condition now. Allegations also include fraudulent collection of donations for animals she didn’t have.

Such apparent neglect and misuse of charitable funds harm innocent animals and betray the trust of donors and the community. Legal action is necessary to hold the responsible parties accountable and prevent further animal harm. Investigate these allegations thoroughly and prosecute any wrongdoing to the fullest extent of the law.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA John Moore,

We are deeply concerned about reports of severe animal neglect and abuse involving an East Texas animal rescuer who allegedly starved a cat named Nero to near death. The rescuer was entrusted with the care of this vulnerable animal after surgery, but Nero was allegedly found emaciated, anemic, and unable to stand, raising serious questions about the treatment of animals under her care.

Furthermore, there are allegations that the rescuer fraudulently collected donations for animals she did not have and allegedly failed to provide adequate care for others, leading to their health deterioration. Other animal advocates have taken in animals from her rescue, allegedly finding them in poor condition and requiring significant care.

We urge your office to investigate these serious allegations thoroughly and to prosecute any wrongdoing to the fullest extent of the law. It is imperative to protect innocent animals from harm and to ensure that those who neglect and abuse them are held accountable.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

This supposed carer needs to be struck off the list and prevented from owning animals. The rescuer is just using animals to collect money and is neglecting them in a cruel manner.
