Demand Justice for Over 40 Animals Reportedly Found Living in Filth and Neglect

Target: Clermont County Prosecutor Mark J. Tekulve, Ohio

Goal: Ensure full prosecution of individual reportedly responsible for neglecting over 40 animals found in deplorable conditions.

In a distressing case of animal neglect, over 40 animals were reportedly discovered in dismal conditions at a residence, suffering from severe neglect. The animals, including dogs and donkeys, were allegedly kept in cramped spaces, surrounded by feces, and infested with fleas, leading to grave health issues.

Upon investigation, authorities reportedly found around 40 dogs crated and stacked in an unfurnished room, with some dogs notably emaciated and suffering from skin conditions. Five underweight donkeys were also allegedly found outside the property, one of which was lying on the ground in distress and had to be euthanized due to organ failure. The extensive care required to rehabilitate these animals highlights the severity of their reported neglect.

Such severe mistreatment of animals is unacceptable and demands immediate legal action to prevent future cruelty. Ensuring that the individual reportedly responsible is fully prosecuted will send a strong message that animal neglect will not be tolerated. Demand that authorities pursue this case to the fullest extent of the law to secure justice for these innocent creatures.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Prosecutor Mark J. Tekulve,

We are deeply concerned about the reported case of severe animal neglect involving over 40 animals found in deplorable conditions in Clermont County. The animals, including dogs and donkeys, were reportedly kept in unsanitary and overcrowded environments, leading to serious health issues and suffering.

Reports indicate that authorities found around 40 dogs crated and stacked in an unfurnished room, with some animals emaciated and suffering from skin conditions due to flea infestations. Additionally, five underweight donkeys were allegedly discovered outside, one of which was in such poor condition that it had to be euthanized due to organ failure. The extensive medical care required for these animals underscores the severity of the alleged neglect they endured.

We urge your office to thoroughly investigate this matter and to prosecute the individual reportedly responsible to the fullest extent of the law. Taking strong legal action will demonstrate a commitment to justice, deter future acts of animal cruelty, and help protect vulnerable animals in our community. Please ensure that justice is served for these innocent creatures.

Sincerely,

According to a Pierce Township police report, officers responded to a home on Nine Mile Tabasco Road after receiving calls requesting them to check on the animals there on Sept. 20.

You can see a local news coverage clip showing the home, the dogs in cages, the deplorable conditions, and the poor donkey that didn’t survive. It is heartbreaking. there is also a written article:
