Thanks to a person who observed this action and called for help, the dog in question may have survived. Hopefully the dog did survive. This man was supposed to be a professional but obviously he wan’t. However, anyone who would injure a dog in this manner under his care needs mental evaluation but with the evidence mounting against him, this man needs to face the law and hopefully go to prison. The question is always … would you want o be treated this way? The answer us always no. Yet what happened here that disturbed common sense, compassion, and any sense of ethics and morals? This man needs to spend many years in prison.

What is wrong with the judge??? This is a serious case, the sentencing should be harsh! Frederick Ingrando is obviously an animal abuser and not fit to work with animals. Why didnt the parents of these abused pets demand for a retrial?! Vile people like him will take the law leniently and continue to hurt more animals in future!
