Atrocities such as the ones discovered at Nevils’ home demonstrates the strong need for harsh punishment in this case! These innocent souls were taken in by this monster whether she became overwhelmed or not should be irrelevant in issuing strictest penalties against her Behavior and obvious treatment of these animals!
Punishment should be SWIFT & HARSH that will set presidencies for future rescuers to have a standard to uphold when involving innocent lives that depend on saving their lives not taking them!
