In Citrus County, Florida, deputies from the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) responded to a call for suspected animal cruelty and neglect. Upon arrival, they discovered two dogs in pitiful conditions, allegedly severely emaciated and living in deplorable conditions. According to the complainant, the dogs appeared thin and were allegedly suffering from neglect. The apparent emaciation and neglect seemingly endured by these innocent dogs is horrific. Such acts of alleged cruelty and neglect have no place in society. Demand immediate action. PETITION LETTER: Dear Sheriff Prendergast, We are writing to express our deep concern and outrage regarding an alleged incident of extreme emaciation and neglect suffered by two dogs in Citrus County. Yet again, Jon White and Johnny K have hit the nail on the head….I SO agree with you two. After all, despite all the other piddling and useless “punishments” dished out by the idiots whose job this is, we are still seeing an endless stream of vile animal abuse and just when you think you have heard it all another one of these evil bastards thinks of another unbelievable way of making a beautiful dog/cat/horse/pig/etc suffer. These bastards SHOULD die…they have taken another innocent life and should pay with their own. Also, if other would-be animal abusers were aware that they would be going the same way it just MAY deter them. So the death penalty gets rid of those who HAVE done it and possibly STOPS those who might be thinking about doing it. This can only be a good thing.Failing that, a pack of vigilantes travelling about and sorting these scumbags out with a punishment to fit the crime…ie tailor made to fit the abuser….burning starving, torturing or whatever the abuser did to the animal. And I am a reasonable, peace-loving law-abiding (usually) laid back, easygoing human…..until I hear about these worthless so called “people”.

Certainly no hope of REAL justice for these animal torturers in a country where, as I have just read, a couple tortured, starved and eventually murdered their baby and got 8 years each!!
