Target: Governor Ron DeSantis, Governor of Florida, United States
Goal: Protect the Florida panther and its habitat to ensure the survival of this endangered species.
The Florida panther is a critically endangered species that is facing numerous threats to its survival, including habitat loss, fragmentation, and human-wildlife conflict. Without immediate action, the Florida panther could become extinct in the near future, which would have significant ecological, cultural, and economic impacts on Florida and the United States.
To protect the Florida panther, we need to address the root causes of habitat loss and fragmentation, including urbanization, agriculture, and road development. We also need to implement measures to reduce human-wildlife conflict, such as livestock management, hunting regulations, and public education. Finally, we need to support scientific research and monitoring to better understand the needs of the Florida panther and its habitat.
Through habitat protection and management, human-wildlife conflict reduction, and scientific research and monitoring, we can protect the Florida panther and its habitat.
Sign below and demand Governor DeSantis take action and support these efforts.

Florida will not protect this species. They won’t protect the manatees either. Why? It takes planning and money to clean up pollution and establish a safe area for these 2 species to continue to live. In Florida there are more highways than autos, more malls and parking but there is a loss of birds, animals, and various other species which once made Florida such a terrific place to vacation. Now there is even a war with Disney. It’s a shame because Florida cab be so much better than today but t means taking the time, funds, and cooperation to make the state a great place to live and visit.
