Goal: Punish the man who allegedly buried a dog alive, leading to the dog’s death.
A dog suffered and later died when he was allegedly buried alive. The suspect reportedly buried the dog because he wasn’t getting along with his new kitten. Demand justice for this innocent dog.
“I got a message from him that Chico passed away last night. I said, what do you mean he passed away? How is that possible?” stated Kaylee Belanger, an acquaintance of the suspect. Belanger reportedly found the 18-year-old Shih Tzu buried alive in Richard Piquard’s backyard following the suspicious conversation. Chico was wrapped in a blanket beneath a pile of freshly laid dirt, Belanger stated, and hidden underneath a rock. Per veterinarians, Chico had internal injuries and dehydration from the prolonged exposure, and he had to be euthanized to ease his suffering.
Piquard was arrested and charged with one count of animal cruelty. Sign below and demand that he receives the maximum penalty possible, if convicted.

Wrapped in a blanket and covered in dirt, Chico was barely alive after he was reportedly rescued from Richard Piquard’s backyard. Per police, an acquaintance of Piquard found the 18-year-old Shih Tzu buried beneath freshly laid dirt and concealed by a large rock. Piquard had recently gotten a new kitten, the acquaintance stated, and Chico and the kitten were not getting along. Chico reportedly suffered from internal injuries and dehydration. The person who caused this poor dog such suffering must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

He obviously brutalized the dog before he buried him alive to cause internal injuries. This guy deserves to be brutalized and buried alive.

I have a theory that the murderers of people and animals are lost souls! This guy lacked love, empathy, compassion or sympathy for this precious animal! If the only remedy of having a resolution for the dog and kittens (who are natural enemies) was to bury a live animal, goes to show that this guy has issues! There is no telling what else was happening in private! This man committed a serious injustice against his dog and he should be convicted and should automatically lose a claim to ownership due to the nature of the crime!

Yes, he should definetely pay for what he did to the fullest of punishment and should never be able to have a pet again. What happens when his new kitten is not getting along with the next pet, is he going to bury the kitten alive as well. Who knows and who wants to wait and see? Nobody I hope. Punishment for sure to save a life of an innocent animal with no choice at all except to trust their owner and to suffer at the hands of some demonic sole for nothing what a shame. Don’t let this man get away with this again please. It’s up to the judge and hopefully he will see this as a serious crime and not just another life of another animal. Animal and child abusers deserve no mercy. The harm and possible deaths are inexcusable. We must stop abuse immediately. 90 days is nothing to someone who has no functioning brain.
