Target: George Gascón, District Attorney for San Francisco, California

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly beat a pit bull puppy to death receives the maximum penalty possible by law, if convicted.

A puppy suffered serious injuries, and later died, after she was allegedly beaten over the head. Animal Control officials reportedly found the puppy’s blood strewn throughout the suspect’s home. Demand justice for this innocent puppy.

San Francisco Animal Care and Control officials arrested Mark Allen Haberman months after he allegedly killed a 4-month-old puppy. Officials reportedly found Skunky, a pit bull, dead last November beside a road in San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood. Skunky died due to blunt force trauma to the head, officials stated, and her blood was found on items taken from Haberman’s home.

Haberman has been charged with felony animal cruelty, which carries a penalty of jail time or fines. Sign below and demand that Haberman receives the maximum penalty possible by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Gascón,

A puppy was allegedly beaten to death in a shocking case of animal cruelty. She reportedly suffered fatal injuries to her head and officials found her dead by the side of the road. We demand justice for this innocent puppy.

San Francisco Animal Care and Control officials charged Mark Allen Haberman with felony animal cruelty after he allegedly beat a 4-month-old pit bull to death. The puppy, known as Skunky, was found dead along a road in San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood back in November. A thorough exam revealed that Skunky died from blunt force trauma to the head and officials reportedly found her blood in Haberman’s home. Haberman could face jail time or fines, if convicted.

If found guilty, then this man is a danger to animals everywhere and must be stopped. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
