According to information provided to authorities by animal welfare activists, officials conducted an inspection after receiving concerns about possible cruelty and neglect. During the inspection, officers reportedly found several animals including dogs, a cat, and domestic birds living in conditions that professionals described as unsatisfactory.
Authorities carried out the inspection alongside a veterinarian and representatives from the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. Officials determined that the animals were being kept in conditions that raised serious professional concerns regarding their welfare and care. As a result, the animals were removed from the property and transferred to animal protection organizations for care, treatment, and rehabilitation.
If the evidence substantiates these allegations, authorities must pursue appropriate legal consequences to ensure that animals are protected and that acts of neglect are addressed under the law.
