Justice for Dog Reportedly Beaten and Lifted by Throat Inside Grooming Business

Target: Ginger Bowden Madden, State Attorney, First Judicial Circuit, Santa Rosa County, Florida

Goal: Pursue full prosecution and appropriate penalties after a dog was reportedly beaten at a grooming business.

A disturbing incident has come to light after a dog was reportedly abused inside a dog grooming business in Milton. According to police statements, an investigation was launched after concerns were raised about the treatment of an animal on the premises. What officers later reviewed in surveillance footage and witness accounts has deeply alarmed the community.

As described by law enforcement, the footage shows a coon hound being struck multiple times in the head and hindquarters. The suspect is also reported to have lifted the dog by the throat, forced the animal onto its hind legs, and then struck it again. These actions, if proven in court, reflect extreme violence inflicted on a defenseless animal in a setting meant for care and safety.

Animal cruelty cases within professional animal care environments raise serious concerns about oversight, accountability, and public trust. This petition calls for the strongest possible legal response to ensure justice for the animal involved and to deter future acts of abuse.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State Attorney Madden,

We are writing to express serious concern regarding reports that a dog was abused inside a dog grooming business in Milton. According to police statements, surveillance footage and witness accounts show a suspect striking a dog repeatedly, lifting the animal by the throat, and inflicting further harm.

If these allegations are substantiated, they represent a grave breach of animal welfare laws and a profound betrayal of the responsibility owed to animals entrusted to professional care. Acts of cruelty in such environments undermine public confidence and place countless animals at risk.

We respectfully urge your office to pursue this case with the full force of the law, seek appropriate penalties, and ensure that accountability is upheld. Strong prosecution is essential to affirm that animal cruelty will not be tolerated and that those accused of such acts face meaningful consequences.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
