So not only is California famous for evil psychos but also for pathetic cowards. Why did no one stop this beast? There were eye witness reports but no one chased him down, WHY??? America is rapidly becoming the scourge of the earth with the sheer volume of animal torture and abuse that goes unpunished by the corrupt and useless judiciary.
