Punish Woman Who Allegedly Tortured Mouse for Clicks

Target: James Gomric, State’s Attorney for St. Clair County, IL

Goal: Prosecute woman accused of the disseminating torture of a mouse online to fullest extent.

A woman who gained a degree of fame as a dancer has gained infamy and notoriety as a suspected animal abuser. The so-called “Dance of Life Dancer,” Susan Stone, has been charged with both animal torture and depiction of animal cruelty. The charges stem from a video brought to the attention of the local sheriff’s department.

The video allegedly shows Stone dangling a living mouse over and within a gas stove flame. According to the charges, Stone then apparently put the video up on YouTube for “entertainment” purposes. The suspect has faced charges before of damaging property. If the current allegations prove true, she may have moved to inflicting harm on innocent living beings.

Sign the petition below to demand the suspect be held fully and legally accountable for these serious charges.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State’s Attorney Gonric,

Any person who considers harassing and torturing a small animal “entertainment” is not a person who should be walking the streets free and clear. Local dancer Susan Stone stands accused of exposing a tiny mouse to fire, recording the incident, and then posting it online for anyone to see. If these reported incidents unfolded in the manner they have been alleged, they demonstrate a lack of remorse and accountability from the accused.

Please fully pursue this disturbing case and seek maximum charges in the event of a guilty finding.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
