Target: Temporary Chief Constable Maggie Blyth, Gloucestershire, UK
Goal: Ensure appropriate punishment for the individual allegedly responsible for the starving and strangulation of a young Husky.
The recent case surrounding the death of Milo, a three-year-old husky, paints a harrowing picture of alleged animal cruelty that demands urgent attention. Milo was reportedly found comatose after being tied to a wardrobe door by a string attached to his collar, leading to a slow strangulation. Officers arriving at the scene described a room filled with urine and feces, indicating a severe neglect of Milo’s basic needs, and it was initially feared he was already deceased due to the almost lifeless state he was in. Tragically, after being rushed to a veterinary practice, it appears that despite initial signs of recovery, his condition continued to deteriorate, culminating in the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him to prevent further suffering.
Milo’s deplorable condition reportedly included severe dehydration, malnutrition where his ribs and spine were reportedly easily felt, and the presence of a heart murmur. Allegations state that no food was provided, and although water was present, it was beyond his reach. The string binding him to the wardrobe was described as unbearably tight, preventing him from even laying his head on the floor comfortably. Witness accounts suggest that this case exemplifies extreme neglect and cruelty, and the ruling provided a suspended sentence and lenient orders that do not seem to reflect the severe suffering allegedly inflicted upon this innocent animal. Such leniency raises questions about the adequacy of measures in place to protect vulnerable animals like Milo from suffering at the hands of their guardians.
It is crucial that a suitable and just punishment is imposed upon those who allegedly perpetrate such acts of cruelty. The public deserves to see that animal welfare is taken seriously and that offenders are held accountable to prevent future tragedies. Appropriate prosecution and sentencing should be sought to ensure that no other animal suffers in similar circumstances. It is essential to advocate for more stringent repercussions that reflect the severity of the alleged actions taken against Milo.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear Constable Blyth,
The heartbreaking case of Milo, a three-year-old husky, serves as a grim reminder of the urgent need for justice in cases of alleged animal cruelty. It is alleged that Milo was found in a state of extreme suffering and neglect and tied by his collar to a wardrobe door, which led to strangulation, as police say they discovered him comatose in a room that was unfit for any living creature.
Despite the guilty verdict and a suspended sentence handed down to his alleged owner, the measures taken appear insufficient given the severity of the described abuses. It is alleged that there was no food available for Milo, and water was placed beyond his reach. The leniency shown sends a troubling message about the repercussions for heinous acts of animal cruelty, allowing individuals to escape proper accountability for their actions.
We urge you to take a stand against such cruelty and ensure that those involved in Milo’s suffering are held fully accountable. It is imperative to enforce more severe penalties to illustrate society’s commitment to protecting vulnerable animals from such horrific treatments. Appropriate prosecution is critical to deterring future acts of cruelty and safeguarding the lives of those who cannot speak for themselves.
Sincerely,

Ich wünsche diesem Stück Dreck der das dem Milo angetan hat das schlimmste.
Burn in hell bastard animal abusers!!!!
What is f’ing wrong with our justice system. Can they ever get it right. They are bloody stupid if they think a suspended sentence will deter them doing it again. It will happen to another poor dog for sure. There’s no deterent whatsoever. I just hope that someone who lives near them teaches them a lesson they won’t forget.
Agree all comments , Do the same to them, make sure they don’t wake up. Justice now for animal cruelty people. No excuse . Laws need to change to own animals worldwide. Don’t want them don’t fucking get them. People are c**ts in this world and don’t deserve to be alive.
I always said that the best punishment for these pieces of shit is to do the same to them. Some good people would love to get a dog or a cat and take care of them but it is now expensive to adopt an animal. So when I hear about these monsters who have an animal and they hurt them or kill them I really can’t understand why the f..ck they wanted to get an animal. Why citizens should pay to put these demons in jail. The law should be: YOU INTENTIONALLY HURT AN ANIMAL AND MAKE IT SUFFER, YOU WILL SUFFER THE SAME. YOU KILL AN ANIMAL INTENTIONALLY, YOU WILL DIE THE SAME WAY. THINK SERIOUSLY ABOUT IT BEFORE ABUSING AN ANIMAL. ACT LIKE AN ASSHOLE AND YOU’LL REGRET IT. PEOPLE ARE FED UP WITH ALL THESE SADISTS.
Totally agree 💯
Some criminal should do the same thing to these judges – then let’s see how lenient the sentencing is for the crime.
Just because the victim is an animal, these awful abusers get a pass. TERRIBLE lax judgements in far too many of these cases.
Thereis NO DIFFERENCE in the suffering of an abused animal or an abused human.
These STUPID STUPID judges are unfit for their positions and these laws are ridiculously lax.
VIGILANTE JUSTICE is the only way.
Agree 100%. the lax judges are also 100% responsible for letting these psychopaths go with little or no punishment.
These type of people (sub humans) go onto become murderers. This piece of rubbish deserves a sentence otherwise you will see it come up again in another case. FFS I think vigilante is the only way to go. Does anyone have the details of this piece of rubbish?

No animal ever deserves this ever this is beyond hatred anger and a plan to do the most suffering possible! This is absolutely grounds for severe punishment years in prison solitary confinement! The sickening cruelty pain and agonizing suffering this beautiful dog went through is heartbreaking and the person that did this knew what they were doing to cause the most the longest suffering possible so no breaks at all throw this sick twisted vile pile of trash away for life! Rest in Peace Milo you are now free from pain and suffering God bless🙏🐾🦋🐾💞🕊
The suffering this innocent pup was forced to endure is beyond horrific. The person that did this deserves no less. Laws are not harsh enough against animal abusers. This needs to change and maybe then, these murderers will think twice about committing these cruelty crimes against defenseless animals like Milo.
Now according to the write up, this bastard in the U. K. is not too far away from me. So let’s have the pricks name and residence so he can be paid an informal visit. Someone must know of the turds whereabouts. Street Justice is waiting for you, you motherfuck. And it is just another animal so the so- called law and useless Judges could not give a toss!! Well it is their duty to GIVE A TOSS and do their bloody job which we all pay for!
If you read this you shitball, you will need eyes in the back of your head!
So as Liam Neeson said in the film ‘Taken’ “I will find you”. Animals have more rights to live than these nasty deranged minded sods the world over.
Until these bastards are dealt with then animal torture and murder will continue!

Matem esse filho da puta, estrangulado lentamente para ele sofrer o mesmo que o Milo.
Milo …what you went through little boy breaks my heart.
It seems that there was more than one person living at this house of horror. I WANT THEM ALL TO BE CHARGED!!!!!!!!
” Witness accounts suggest that this case exemplifies extreme neglect and cruelty, and the ruling provided a suspended sentence and lenient orders that do not seem to reflect the severe suffering”
ARE YOU COMPLETELY MAD! WHAT DOES YOUR SUSPENDED SENTENCE AND LENIENT ORDERS DO BUT EMBOLDEN OTHERS. MILO NEEDS JUSTICE OR YOU SHOULD ALL FEEL THE SAME AGONY IN YOUR OWN LIVES!!!!!!! YOUR MILD SENTENCING IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MOST ANIMAL CRUELTY!!!!! I HOPE SOMEONE DOES IT FOR YOU IF YOU DON’T AND THAT THEY ARE BLESSED BY THE LORD HIMSELF!!!!!
I WANT REAL JUSTICE. DAMN IT!! DAMN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM!!
JUSTICE IS A JOKE!
Unfortunately Milo was probably taken away by the RSPCA who are completely useless and are known for killing healthy animals in their thousands. They will not use funds to save animals like Milo because they would most certainly never bother to find a home for him. They receive insane amounts of cash through donations and yet the UK kills so many pets every year with their help. They are suspected of corruption for the misuse of donations and have often been in trouble for not doing their jobs. If a decent private vet had seen Milo he would likely still be alive. The UK police and judiciary system are not animal friendly.
Absolutely No Tolerance Towards Animal ABUSERS n Cruelty. An eye for an eye fits this crime n should be the punishment. Paws Matter
