Target: New York State Attorney General Letitia James

Goal: Give maximum sentence to person who reportedly tortured and neglected puppies.

Two adult canines and five puppies were allegedly found inside an abandoned home surrounded by feces and urine. It is important that anyone found to be responsible for the mistreatment of these dogs be held accountable under law to better ensure more animals will not suffer the same fate.

Krysta D. Labarr was arrested for the crime and charged with animal torture as well as with not providing proper sustenance for the dogs. According to authorities, the dogs were not provided with appropriate food and water. These dogs reportedly would have likely died had they not been rescued after police were called to report possible animal cruelty.

According to recent data, about 3.9 million dogs are either abandoned and left to fend for themselves or simply dropped off at shelters in the United States every year. Sadly, shelters in the United States also euthanize approximately 390,000 dogs each year. People who abandon their animals only add to the cycle of abuse and further increase the chance that they will never be placed in loving homes. Sign this petition to demand Labarr be given a harsh punishment under law and to insist that she no longer be allowed to own pets if she is found guilty of such blatant animal cruelty.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State Attorney General James,

Five puppies and two older dogs were suspected by police to be abandoned inside a home. Whoever is responsible for this alleged crime needs to spend time in prison so that less animals will be likely to receive the same treatment.

Authorities reported that the animals were not given the necessary amount of food and water to stay healthy, which led to Krysta D. Labarr being charged with not providing adequate sustenance as well as with animal torture. If an animal cruelty complaint had not been called in, it seems likely these animals would have passed away as a result of not being found.

Almost 4 million dogs are either brought to shelters or cruelly abandoned in previous residences by their owners each year. In fact, many dogs are euthanized as a result of shelters becoming too full and being understaffed. If Labarr is found guilty and is not given maximum time in prison, she will likely continue to abuse and neglect innocent animals. We therefore demand you suggest she receive the most prison time possible to hopefully prevent this from happening again if it is discovered she committed these inexcusable acts.

Sincerely,

WHAT A VIAEL PIECE OF SHIT SHE IS. I HOPE SHE DOESN’T HAVE KIDS. THESE PELE MAKE ME SICK. I HOPE SHE GETS THE FULLEST EXTENT OF LAW. SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN A PLASTIC BAG. I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THIS, NO MORALS OR VALUES AT ALL.

  3. Well this sick brained ‘non- caring ‘twat will NEVER change her ways as this animal torture and neglect is in her genes!
But— there is one way to cure this bugger. A brave Vigilante group or Animal Activist gang who feel the same towards this scumbag of a woman, to locate her and when possible, not necessarily to kill her?? But to seriously disable the sod so she would never be able to do anything like this ever again! Let the tow rag spend the rest of her life in a wheelchair.
Well – maybe if she did expire through her beating I am sure no one would worry too much anyway. These are just pieces of crap on our planet who do really need removing!!

Let’s hope that Krysta D Labarr NEVER breeds babies from her ovaries – because (when she tires of them, like she tired of her dogs and puppies) she will probably lock them into a house (with no food or water) and abandon them to a slow and painful death, lying in their own urine and feces/excrement. Unfortunately, jail-time WON’T teach her anything, because she will be provided with adequate food, a good bed and a safe roof over her head for the duration of her incarceration. And (oddly) Americans always wear jail-time as a Badge of Honor – not as a shameful thing.

  5. Life in prison for this bitch, coward, POS, burn in hell, sick!
    Justice for dogs!
