Man Accused of Making Dog Kill Stray Cats Must be Punished

Target: Francis T. Chardo, District Attorney of Dauphin County, PA

Goal: Prosecute suspect accused of directing a dog to kill stray cats to the fullest extent.

A shocking video captured an act of alleged animal cruelty that horrified a Pennsylvania community. The footage appeared to show a man letting his pet dog off-leash and then instructing the dog to “get him!” The “him” in question was a stray cat nicknamed Winston. The suspect allegedly commanded his dog to attack Winston. Tragically, the cat died from sustained injuries.

In an even more disturbing turn, the suspect –identified as Trent Gray – reportedly returned to the area a couple of days later, then once again directed his dog to kill another stray cat. This cat, named Gloria, passed away as well.

Gray was apprehended after a search and charged with aggravated cruelty…charges that are classified as felonies. Sign the petition below to demand prosecutors treat these heinous alleged attacks as such.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear DA Chardo,

A person who knowingly and willfully uses another living being as an instrument of death against an innocent is not someone who should remain free. A Harrisburg man is charged with engaging in this abhorrent behavior not once, but twice. If the reports are accurate, Trent Gray’s intentional unleashing of his dog for the purpose of a malicious attack resulted in the brutal deaths of two stray cats.

These accused actions would demonstrate a depravity that can and likely will escalate in the future. Please take a decisive stand for these animals and for any living being victimized by unrestrained cruelty. Seek and secure the maximum penalty in the event of a guilty finding.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]
