Goal: Prosecute suspects in alleged negligent horse breeding operation to fullest extent.
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) assumed guardianship of 90 Montana horses. Fortunately, these animals are receiving quality care and many will be adopted. Their road to ASPCA care was reportedly far from easy.
Collectively, the horses apparently suffered from malnourishment, disease, and injury. They were rescued from a property that was the target of an animal cruelty investigation. Involved individuals were apparently running a horse breeding operation.
Charges have been filed, but now these charges must be followed through. Sign the petition below to urge prosecutorial vigilance in this massive apparent abuse of dozens of innocents.

Dear Mr. Buchler,
The ASPCA has kept the public apprised of a disturbing case out of Madison County. Nearly 100 reportedly underweight, injured, and sick horses were rescued from a suspected Morgan breeding operation. While these horses are now receiving the care they desperately needed, this county must ensure that no more vulnerable animals are victimized.
Please follow this case to a just conclusion and seek the maximum possible punishment in the event of a guilty finding.
