I URGE the Malaysian authorities to take swift and forceful action against the perpetrator(s) of this despicable HEINOUS crime. Charge and sentence them to the fullest extent of the law once they are caught. The defenseless innocent dog suffered EXCRUCIATING pain. He was tortured ALIVE and deserves full justice!

How do such, and so many, morally deficient people exist in this world? It seems that there would be empathetic humans around who would demand that this disgusting person is punished. We shouldn’t even have to sign petitions to ask justice to be served.
Better if someone private finds the piece of shit that did this and does the same to them.
I feel so sorry for this innocent and defenceless dog. I hope he will recover from this trauma because he deserves a better life. He deserves to be loved and cared for.
The cruel perpetrator must be charged, punished to the fullest extent of the law and sent to jail.
Animals aren’t objects, they are sentient beings who suffer and love just like we do. We must protect them.
