Absolutely horrific, the sick individual that did this needs to be jailed before they do it to more animals or even humans! Killing animals, especially in a gruesome way, is one of the traits of people who go on to murder.

Malaysia has a disgraceful record of animal abusers with no consequences for perpetrators. Whoever did this should be skinned alive and left to die.

This innocent defenseless animal-victim was brutally and horrifically tortured and left to die slowly and in agonising pain from the gruesome injuries inflicted by a sick, psychopathic monster/s. This dangerous individual/s needs very much to be caught and punished before they have the chance to harm, torture, and murder more innocent animals or children. They should be sent out to the High-security prison in El-Salvador, or somewhere similar. This victim (regardless of species) needs to have justice. All animals are living beings with feelings and emotions – which means they feel pain, fear, distress etc, from cruelty, abuse and murder, in exactly the SAME way we ALL would. In this case the innocent must be protected. And it is the duty of humans to protect them and look out for their welfare and value their lives as precious, and not anything less. This murdering individual/s has committed a terrible crime against life and God. And the Earth cries. Justice must be served.
Obviously a most vile, deranged, depraved, psychotic POS trying to kill the dog for food.
