I’m amazed that the 2 suspects didn’t use their weapons to settle the argument. That’s the typical way Americans solve all their problems. If there is video evidence, then it should result in a successful prosecution. But the DA’s office probably won’t prosecute until the suspects shoot a human dead, because animals have few (if any) rights and are expendable.
