Target: Dave Yost, Ohio Attorney General
Goal: Secure the maximum penalties for those reportedly responsible for leaving multiple horses and goats in horrific, life-threatening conditions
A horse was apparently discovered so malnourished and entangled in a fence that it lacked the strength to stand. Nearby, several other horses, along with goats, were allegedly found in dire states of starvation. Disturbingly, multiple deceased horses, reportedly in varying stages of decay, were discovered in close proximity to the living animals. According to investigative accounts, these surviving creatures apparently had no access to food or water, resulting in severe emaciation and suffering.
Veterinarians determined that the horse reportedly caught in a fence could not be saved and had to be euthanized, emphasizing the extent of this apparent neglect. It is claimed that multiple charges of animal cruelty have been filed against an individual in connection with the horrific findings. Despite the rescue of a handful of surviving animals, each remains in critical need of medical attention and rehabilitation.
Robust legal action must be taken against those allegedly involved to ensure that no other animals are subjected to such grave mistreatment. Please take immediate steps to see that any verified offenders receive stringent punishments under the law, and that the welfare of these rescued animals continues to be a priority.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear AG Yost,
A group of horses and goats was reportedly discovered in atrocious conditions, some apparently so severely malnourished they were unable to stand. Nearby, multiple deceased horses were found, apparently allowed to decay among those still clinging to life. Such cruelty, if proven, demonstrates a profound lack of regard for the most fundamental standards of animal care.
These alarming allegations underscore the need for a thorough investigation and, if warranted, strong legal consequences for anyone found responsible. The animals rescued from these conditions require substantial support, and the broader community is looking for assurance that such suffering will not be repeated.
We respectfully urge you to dedicate all available resources to prosecuting this matter vigorously. Please help secure the maximum allowable penalties against any individual(s) confirmed to have taken part in this apparent neglect, and prioritize ongoing care for the survivors of this tragedy.
Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]

NEED TO NAME NAMES: the POS abuser is 71-year-old Marlin Rae Adkins. And this on-going crime took place in Marion County, Ohio, not Florida. Please correct this and address the petition to the proper authority. You can check multiple articles on google, including:

Thank you for fixing!
DISGUSTING CRUELTY AND NOT HUMAN!!! LOCK THEM UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY..JUST LIKE THEY DID TO THESE POOR FARM ANIMALS.
Thank you to the earlier post for providing the name of this POS! It seems as though our lame justice system only wants to give these horrible people a slap on the wrist every time. I really think these people should have their foreheads branded with a mark when they leave jail (although I would prefer worse than just jail) so that they are marked for life, and everyone would know immediately who they really are thereafter!
