Please do not return the poor dog to this monster. Poor baby has suffered enough! Charge the freaking owner with extreme animal cruelty and send him to long term imprisonment, life time ban on owning a pet and a huge fine!

NEED TO NAME NAMES: The POS who left this poor dog to die is 38-year-old ANITA DAMODARAN, and she is a PEDIATRCIAN, ffs. Seriously, this vile woman, who engaged in an act so cruel, is allowed around children? This video report has more in depth coverage and pictures of Betty, to get an understanding of just how badly this poor pup suffered, that this petition doesn’t even mention, like she was covered in sores, soaked in urine and subsisted on her own feces. But, the heartbreaking images are mitigated by the wonderful picture of a fully recovered Betty today, and that she has found a new home where she is safe and loved.
