Rottweiler Found With Apparent Severe Tail Infection and Puncture Wounds Deserves Justice

Target: Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania District Attorney

Goal: Hold man accountable for alleged cruelty neglect toward of Rottweiler suffering from severe infections and injuries.

Recent allegations surrounding Bryan Thompson, a 56-year-old man from Greensburg, raise serious concerns regarding animal welfare in the community. It is reported that when Thompson brought his Rottweiler to a local bar on January 17 the dog displayed a visible infection on its tail. Disturbed patrons alerted the police, prompting an investigation into the dog’s well-being. Upon their arrival, authorities say they noted the dog’s infected tail and, after questioning Thompson about his pet’s medical history, observed alarming inconsistencies in his account.

As further investigations unfolded, reports indicate that the Rottweiler was found to have multiple puncture wounds, an alarming lump on one knee, and a severe infection stemming from improper tail docking techniques. This raises serious questions about Thompson’s care—or lack thereof—for his animal. Following his inability to provide adequate medical records or evidence of veterinary care, Thompson was charged with aggravated cruelty to an animal and neglect, yet concerns persist regarding the legal repercussions and necessary protections for vulnerable animals subject to such alleged maltreatment.

This petition aims to not only seek accountability for the purported actions of Thompson but also to enhance awareness and strengthen enforcement of animal protection laws. The treatment allegedly faced by this Rottweiler underscores an urgent need for improved regulations surrounding animal care and the responsibilities of pet owners. Call for appropriate legal action against those allegedly responsible for cruelty and neglect towards animals.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Westmoreland County District Attorney,

The allegations against Bryan Thompson regarding mistreatment of his Rottweiler are both alarming and saddening. Reports indicate that upon police intervention, the dog was discovered to have multiple unexplained puncture wounds, a serious infection on its tail from improper docking, and significant signs of neglect. Thompson’s apparent agitation and changing stories about his pet’s veterinary care only heighten the seriousness of the situation. It is vital that those responsible for the suffering of animals are held accountable to prevent further incidents of cruelty.

The community’s outrage over this case reflects a broader concern for animal welfare and the responsibility pet owners must uphold. If the allegations against Thompson are substantiated, it would be a grave injustice not to pursue stringent legal action to address this cruelty. The health and well-being of animals like this Rottweiler depend on the actions taken by our legal system to protect them from potential harm.

Immediate and appropriate legal consequences for those guilty of animal cruelty are essential for fostering a safer environment for all animals. It is imperative that this case serves as a catalyst for stricter enforcement of animal protection laws within our community. Hold Bryan Thompson accountable for his alleged actions, and ensure that similar transgressions will not be tolerated in the future.

Sincerely,

  1. I would like to ‘dock his tail’ and leave him to bleed to death in the pits of the jail. S.O.B. SCUM. Way past time that animal abusers feel the pain.

  2. Melinda Maddox says:

Yep, I agree with both of these comments. This guy needs his tail severed put a bunch of stick wounds in his body and see how he like it. I hope you got somebody did something about this. Took the dog or did something that poor thing doesn’t deserve to be in the care of this person. That’s for damn sure Prosecute this SOB.

  3. Jaime Perez says:

Poor dog, he didn’t deserve this ugly treatment. I hope he was taken away from this horrible person.

  4. People need to become better humans
