Thank you for the info and the link. These petitions really need to include this vital info. Glad they upgraded the charge to a felony. Hope they throw the book at her, and she never sees the light of day. She should suffer as did the poor puppy that she was supposed be caring for. Really got to wonder, Is she a brain-dead idiot, or just plain evil? Maybe both. Doesn’t matter- There is no excuse for this POS to have done this despicable crime.
