The sickos in this case are WILLIAM and CELESTE HOWARD were the owners of their own illegal and undocumented dog breeding company at their remote home off of Cool Springs Church Road in Metter. May they both rot for their cruelty and greed.

Exploitations of animals for own profit and gains. Not to mention they have committed serious offenses ILLEGAL DOG BREEDING & ANIMAL ABUSE. The authority need to shut the facility down for good and never allow these heartless greedy criminals to own or go near another animal again!
