Puppies Allegedly Abandoned in Flea-Infested Trailer Deserve Justice

Target: Heather Adams, Lancaster County District Attorney, Pennsylvania

Goal: Ensure the individual allegedly responsible for abandoning flea-infested dogs faces full legal accountability for their suffering.

Authorities in Pennsylvania have charged a man with abandoning four pug puppies and two adult dogs in a trailer infested with fleas. The animals were reportedly left without appropriate care, reportedly bleeding and suffering from severe infestations, with the puppies at risk of death due to flea anemia. Veterinarians further noted that the two adult dogs were experiencing hair loss, skin conditions, and painful ear infections.

This apparent neglect is deeply disturbing and indicates a complete disregard for the health and safety of these defenseless animals. Abandoning animals in such dire conditions, particularly when veterinary care is both necessary and ignored, is not only morally reprehensible but also illegal.

It is imperative that the legal system holds the responsible party fully accountable. This case must be treated with the severity it deserves to protect animals from future harm and send a clear message that cruelty and neglect will not be tolerated.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Heather Adams,

A man has been charged for reportedly abandoning four pug puppies and two adult dogs in a flea-infested trailer in Lititz. Authorities apparently found the animals in critical condition, with the puppies at risk of death due to flea anemia and the adult dogs suffering from hair loss, ear infections, and skin conditions. The owner allegedly left the dogs without veterinary care, despite knowing their deteriorating health.

This apparent act of neglect highlights the urgent need for strong legal action. Animals depend on humans for their care and safety, and seemingly abandoning them in such deplorable conditions cannot go unpunished. We respectfully urge your office to prosecute this case to the fullest extent of the law and seek penalties that reflect the severity of the suffering reportedly endured by these animals.

Ensuring accountability in this case will send a powerful message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated in Lancaster County. Protecting vulnerable animals must remain a priority to prevent similar instances of neglect in the future.

Sincerely,

  1. NEED TO NAME NAMES: The POS that abused and abandoned the dogs and puppies is John Mumma, 20, currently living in Nichols, South Carolina (He abandoned the dogs in Pennsylvania). He’s a pathetic piece of vile trash. You can read more details here:
