Find Criminals Who Stuck Puppies to Ground With Hot Tar

Target: Bogdan Despescu, General Inspector of the Romanian National Police

Goal: Find and severely punish whoever is responsible for covering dogs in hot tar.

Four puppies were found covered in hot tar. The dogs were said to be in critical condition and were taken to a veterinarian for treatment. Images, released through the media, show the poor dogs lying helplessly on the ground as the hot sun beats down on them.

Animal activists believe this is a case of sick animal torture because it is the second time puppies have been found covered in tar. In the first case, the veterinarian said that one of the puppies had tar inside of his nose, mouth, and eyes.

Please add your signature to this petition demanding that the authorities use all resources necessary to find the monster, or monsters, responsible for torturing these puppy dogs and bring them to justice.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Mr. Despescu,

Four puppies were found covered in hot tar and stuck to the ground. This is the second time this has occurred, so it’s clear that some demented individual is going around and senselessly torturing innocent animals.

The evil acts being committed against innocent animals in your area must stop. We demand that you do everything in your power to find whoever is tormenting these dogs and ensure that they receive the most severe penalty possible.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

It’s not just people in Romania. This crap happens everywhere.

    • KAREN E.H. NAYLOR says:

CAPS ARE FOR MY OLD EYES. MY STEP-FATHER WAS BORN IN AMERICA,BUT ALL HIS FAMILY WAS BORN IN ROMANIA. HE WAS A GENTLE MAN AS WAS THE OTHERS IN THE FAMILY. THERE ARE MONSTERS IN ALL NATIONS. IT IS UP TO THE GOOD PEOPLE WHO OCCUPY EARTH TO FIGHT THE MONSTERS AND MAKE SURE WE WIN SO WE CAN MAKE THE EARTH SAVE FOR ANIMALS AND THE PEOPLE BECAUSE I CAN GUARANTEE THAT THE SONOFABITCH WHO TARRED THESE DOGS WOULD DO IT TO A PERSON IN A HEARTBEAT.

    • Tina Stessl says:

Indeed, with some honey rubbed on them to attract many kinds of insects.

  2. It Make`s You Wonder How Anyone Could Be That Cold Hearted And Unfeeling About An Animal And Most Of All A Baby , Why God Let`s People Like This Live Is Something I`ll Never Understand……

They Will Suffer In Hell! Trust God… Hell take care of this horrible incident, ‘cuz He Doesn’t like this either!

  3. Helen Ellerbach says:

A reward needs to be started. When a reward is offered, people love money. This makes me cry, if I knew who they were, they would be shot! Oh, not before they have tar in their ears, eyes, nose and mouth.

  4. Sheila Challis says:

I would like to see the family that raised the people that did this. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE PEOPLE WHO DID THIS ROT IN HELL. I’VE PUT A CURSE ON THEM.

  5. Omg those poor babies, don’t understand why humans are so heartless, torture the bastards who did this to these pups!

  6. What is the update on the puppies?

  7. Wendy King says:

I won’t sign your petition because saying “I demand…” is rude and disrespectful. You won’t get any cooperation that way. The police are very busy. They deal with horrible rude people every day. If you want them to help you, support you, cooperate with you then you never say :”I demand…”. Who are you to demand anything? Instead, say, ” I respectfully request that you use all means in your power to find the person who is so cruel. I know that you are so busy, but someone who treats animals like that will also abuse women and children. So please do all you can to stop such abuse in your jurisdiction. Thank you very much. And may God keep you and your men safe and in his protection.” Such a letter might elicit more heartfelt cooperation than a rude letter that says, ” I demand….”.

    • Suzette Blair says:

I DEMAND IS AN HONORABLE WAY OF SAYING….FIND THESE ASSHOLES NOW!

    • Sylvia Rose says:

Who the hell are you to state these torturers are *just rude*? Terminology like that shows you either sympathize with them, or maybe you are one of them. RUDE describes you and your mentality. Plus if you think this would “DO IT” then by all means why don’t you write the additional letter?

      • Vanessa Brown says:

I suggest you read again. She said the letter was rude and then proceeded to give an example if a more polite way of asking. I also did not sign because of the tone of the letter.

      • Perhaps it should be worded “I ask for immediate action” but it is a well known fact that people who do these horrendous things to animals are more likely to progress to killing humans, so there is a matter of urgency in this matter if the authorities do not want things to escalate.
Saying that to demand something is actually rude and disrespectful is rather stretching the point I think. Rather in my mind it shows that the matter requires urgent attention, and that in itself would have been a better phrase to use perhaps.

      • Wendy is not saying that the perpetrators are “Rude” Wendy was saying the wording of the letter was Rude.
Instead of “Demanding” action it might have been better worded to say “request Immediate action be taken to find them” or perhaps even “urgent attention to this matter”
They are all ways of asking for things to be done quickly.

    • john Brooks says:

You may find that MOST people are have more concern for the animals than for your misguided sensitivities.

    • I agree with Wendy King.

  8. Y not try and find them w.o police i mean y cant animal activists there take action show some real street justice

  9. We need stricter laws!! People who do things like this can NOT get away with just a slap on the wrist.

  10. I hope they find them and put them in JaIL and throw away the key

  11. Dear Heavenly Father please protect our Angels around this world for I never think GOD intended for them to be abused but cherished rather for ALL these Angels EVER give us is LOVE TRUST and COMPANIONSHIP Please GOD hear my prayer and protect them ALL from such MONSTERS …AMEN !!!

  12. Marie Hunt says:
