Target: Pema Khandu, Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, India
Goal: Ensure full prosecution of individual reportedly responsible for killing a chicken on stage and drinking its blood.
An artist reportedly killed a chicken by slitting its throat and then drank its blood, during a public performance in Itanagar in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. This alleged shocking incident was captured on video and circulated widely on social media, sparking outrage among the public and animal welfare organizations.
According to reports, the police have registered an FIR against the artist under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, following a complaint by PETA India. The alleged act of killing the chicken and consuming its blood in public not only constitutes animal cruelty, but also raises concerns about the psychological impact on the audience, including children who may have witnessed the act.
Such alleged acts of animal cruelty are unacceptable and violate laws designed to protect animals from harm. It is imperative that authorities take swift and decisive action to ensure that the individual reportedly responsible is held accountable. Send strong message that animal abuse will not be tolerated.
PETITION LETTER:
Dear Chief Minister Khandu,
I am writing to express deep concern over reports involving an artist who allegedly killed a chicken by slitting its throat and then drank its blood during a public performance in Itanagar. Such an act, if confirmed, constitutes animal cruelty and is a clear violation of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
This disturbing incident not only allegedly caused unnecessary suffering to the animal but also may have had a negative psychological impact on the audience, including any children present. Allowing such acts to go unchecked undermines the enforcement of animal welfare laws and sets a dangerous precedent.
I urge you to ensure that a thorough investigation is conducted and that the individual reportedly responsible is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By taking decisive action, you can help uphold animal welfare standards and demonstrate a commitment to justice and compassion.
Sincerely,
[Your Name Here]

Who is this ‘artist’?
Why is his/her name being withheld?
There is art and there is feces. This excrement is a school book example of how psychos try to sell their psychosis under something that is clearly not. I have a doctorate in literature, and I’m teaching at university, so I know what I’m talking about. Please do post full name and a photo of this peace of sh*** walking shame. Or maybe not, it would only give him visibility and free publicity.
Human beings are the most pathetic things there are. If this person was so null and void that he had to use a chicken in such a horrific way to shock? his audience, that makes him pathetic as well as cruel. It’s so sad that human beings are so extremely limited, like this man stooping to the lowest to present his “art”. That little chicken was light years ahead of the man in terms of value. He thought it held no value in this world but it’s just the opposite. He brought himself down to the lowest level there is.
