Horse Dismembered and Dumped in Bags Deserves Justice

Target: Donal Gerard O’Donnell, Chief Justice of Ireland

Goal: Urge thorough investigation and prosecution of those responsible for dismembering and illegally dumping a horse.

In South County Dublin, the disfigured body of a horse was discovered in a wooded area, causing immense distress to animal welfare advocates. The horse was found inside a large skip bag with its four legs removed, which were placed in a smaller adjacent bag. This act of extreme cruelty has shocked the community and highlights a disturbing disregard for animal life.

The Dublin Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (DSPCA) has stated that the horse’s remains were likely transported using a vehicle, possibly a grab truck, due to the weight and size of the body. The horse is microchipped, suggesting it was once under someone’s care. The DSPCA is urgently seeking information about any vehicles seen in the area over the past few days that could be connected to this incident.

Such a heinous act cannot go unanswered. Authorities must take swift action to investigate this crime, locate the suspects, and bring them to justice. The community must stand together to condemn this cruelty and ensure that no other animals suffer such a fate. Prioritize this case and utilize all available resources to find and prosecute the perpetrators.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Chief Justice Donal Gerard O’Donnell,

I am deeply troubled by reports of a horse that was found dismembered and dumped in a wooded area of South County Dublin. The horse’s body was discovered in a large skip bag with its four legs removed and placed in a smaller adjacent bag. This act of extreme cruelty is not only distressing but also indicates a blatant disregard for animal welfare laws.

The Dublin Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (DSPCA) has noted that the horse is microchipped and that a vehicle, possibly a grab truck, was likely used to transport the remains. This suggests that there are leads that could be pursued to identify those responsible for this barbaric act.

I urge you to allocate all necessary resources to investigate this incident thoroughly. The individuals involved must be found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By taking decisive action, you will send a clear message that such cruelty will not be tolerated and help prevent future acts of animal abuse.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

Someone, somewhere, must know who carried out this heinous atrocity, let them speak up so the innocent, defenseless, MURDERED horse can have some justice.
