Id wager it may not have even been a dog anyhow: ive seen plenty of men pee up against cars, and mothers hold their toddlers out by vehicles to pee as well. Hes just an animal abusing sadist and not worth the air he breathes. I say give him 5 years down the mines with 20% pay, with 4 hours sleep a night. He could have easily relocated his precious tricycle before committing these heinous crimes. No material object is more important than any sentient creature. Had it been a toddler, this fiend would be behind bars already. No animal, under any circumstances, deserves to go through this pain and suffering because it upset a human. This cruelty needs to stop and first and foremost, people need to be held accountable for their actions. Put this scumbag in jail! Deprive him of food and water for a while, too. Exactly what i thought too! Little kids trip over all the time, onto that same ground thats going to have poison residue on it: how many kids who played in that playground fell ill mysteriously afterwards? The authorites should check these things, and charge this piece of filth accordingly, and also tell all the parents where he lives; let them and the murdered pet owners have their way

If this is in China they do not animal protection from abuse laws as we know them. If they cannot get him on animal abuse I think they should get him for endangering children. He spread this poison in children’s play area. It’s not much justice for Papi and the other animals that died but it’s some and punishes him so he does not get off Scott free.
