Firstly, state the POS abuser’s name: Dwayne Endress, so that everyone knows who this monster is. Don’t let him hide behind anonymity. Second, WTF were those witnesses doing, not stepping in and stopping that scum? They just stood by and watched as a man was brutally beating his dog, possibly to death? Great, they reported the incident, but if they were afraid the dog might not last the night, why the hell did they not stop him WHILE the assault was happening?
